Utilize your exceptional social skills to create unique connections with our customers and take them on an unforgettable journey.

Join the team at the Casino Company, provincially recognized in the entertainment sector, and prepare to deliver customer service as epic as the atmosphere of our dream gaming lounge!

Responsibilities:

• Conversation Master: You will be responsible for roaming the casino, engaging in conversations with our customers, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and expertise. You will have the opportunity to inform them about the benefits of the Casino Privilèges recognition program and various promotions.
• Pleasure Ambassador: You will be responsible for informing our customers about the services and activities available in our gaming lounges, while assisting them to enhance their gaming experience.
• Atmosphere Creator: You will contribute to maintaining a dynamic and festive atmosphere by adjusting lighting, sound, and actively participating in activities and events, sometimes even donning thematic costumes.
• Customer Engagement Expert: Proactively respond to customers' questions and needs while collecting their suggestions and feedback to improve our services.
• Team Collaborator: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
• Responsible Gaming Advocate: Tactfully intervene with customers who deviate from gaming rules and ethics, emphasizing the importance of responsible gaming.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Completed High School Diploma (DES).
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a dynamic and interactive environment like events.
• Excellent communication skills in French. English speaking is an asset.
• Stay informed about cultural and sporting developments in the region.
• Knowledge of casino games would be an asset, but don't worry, you will receive comprehensive training.
• Must be available on Friday and Saturday nights from 7 PM to 3 AM for part-time positions.
• Must be available from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 3 AM, for full-time positions.
