Provides complete and timely communication to Guests and other Team Members throughout the shift.
Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, storage racks, and utensils by running them through the dish machine or by hand washing using water, towels, and cleaning solutions.
Organizes clean dishes and returns them to their designated locations to ensure an adequate supply is available.
Performs opening, closing, and maintenance duties to prepare for the next shift's operation.
Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level.
Ability to bend and reach above head, holding up to 10 pounds.
Ability to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet.
Ability to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
Ability to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures throughout the shift.
Ability to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members' requests in a loud environment.
Skill and coordination in lifting and carrying tubs and trays of dishes.
Skill and coordination to perform other kitchen duties, such as cutting vegetables.

In true Italian fashion, we rely on fresh ingredients. Anything that we can make from scratch, we do. Our hand-stretched mozzarella is made-to-order everyday between 5pm-11pm. We also make our own pasta, focaccia bread, ½ lb signature meatballs, sauces and desserts – each and every day.
