Bar Manager Responsibilities:
-Craft Beer and Cocktail Development:
-Curate and update a diverse craft beer and cocktail menu, ensuring it reflects current trends and customer preferences.
-Collaborate with our vendors to maintain a dynamic and exciting beer selection.
-Oversee the development of seasonal cocktail changes, incorporating fresh ingredients and innovative techniques.
Customer Service:
-Oversee bar operations, particularly during peak hours, to ensure top-notch service.
-Gather customer feedback to continuously refine our craft beer and cocktail offerings.
-Personnel Management:
-Achieve objectives and targets for craft beer and cocktail sales.
-Recruit, train, and coach the bar team, emphasizing craft beer and cocktail knowledge.
-Set and monitor quality and service standards, ensuring excellence in craft beer and cocktail preparation.
Staff:
-Monitor and evaluate bar staff performance, focusing on craft beer and cocktail expertise.
-Serve as a role model, setting high standards for craft beer and cocktail knowledge and service.
-Recognize and reward staff achievements in craft beer and cocktail preparation and service.
Operations:
-Monitor bar supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels for craft beer and cocktail ingredients.
-Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and promote craft beer and cocktail events.
-Ensure the bar display highlights our craft beer and cocktail offerings, maximizing attractiveness and functionality.
Inventory:
-Conduct weekly inventory counts, focusing on craft beer and cocktail ingredients.
-Assist the GM with ordering craft beer and cocktail products, ensuring a well-stocked and diverse selection.

Job Requirements:
-Valid Serving it Right certificate.
-Minimum 5 years of bartending experience and 2 years in a management role.
-Extensive knowledge of craft beer and cocktails.
-Previous experience in pubs, sports bars, or tap houses is highly valued.
-Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate staff with a focus on craft beer and cocktails.
-Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving craft beer and cocktails.
-Experience with a POS system.
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
-Ability to work day and night shifts.
-Passion for hospitality and customer service.
