WHAT YOU GET TO DO
A master of people, coach and develop Team Members. Upbeat attitude that promotes teamwork.
Goes above and beyond as a Guest Experience Jedi to help the entire team deliver service with style.
Supports the team on the floor with running food/drinks, bartending, and hosting.
Have fun and enjoy a collaborative role in developing policies/procedures, reservation management, some administration projects, and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working afternoons and evenings – flexible.
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience in a food and beverage service role; some wine and cocktail knowledge with management or supervisor experience.
Exceptional communication and organization.
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Great multi-tasker; effortless ability to prioritize.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service
