They seem to hire new employees every day, for whatever reason. Extremely poor management to the point of complete and total incompetence. A very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Management is understanding. Hours are flexible but sometimes limited. Staffing can be too high or too low. Stressful place to work when understaffed. Food perks are good.
Great location, right by water, great views. Great hours. Lots of tourists though so keep that in mind. Good summer job.
