We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Italian kitchen. The ideal candidate is confident with classic Italian methods — from handmade pasta to sauté, grill, and sauce work — and thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen. You must have strong attention to detail, consistency, and a genuine love for Italian cuisine. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in an Italian kitchen (mandatory) Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, sauces, and classic cooking methods Experience with sauté, pasta, or grill stations Ability to work in a high-volume, high-standard environment Excellent knife skills and prep efficiency Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Safe certification an asset Passion for Italian cuisine and continuous improvement
