Pros, good hours, flexible if you want a short day or if you want to stay and work. Always shifts to pick up if you want. Ability to make good money. However the tip out is high. I've heard from friends today that the tip out is now 7%. It was only 5% when I worked there. Not sure you would still make good money.

You spend a lot of time learning the job and it is not complicated. Biggest thing is anticipating needs of your guests and servers. The restaurant is nice and on the skytrain line which made it easy for me to get to work. Joey is one of the better restaurants in the Brentwood area for sure.
