The hours are extremely long, 12 hour shifts and some days barely any tips. Good thing is very flexible with shifts, if you are unavailable you can simply say no in advance with no issues.

Pros: Great money for a bussing job. The management and coworkers were generally good people and highly professional, though there were a few prickly pears. Training was thorough.
Cons: Upper management was sleazy and made poor decisions on the menu & kitchen. Restaurant attracted a lot of difficult customers due to being an overpriced steak house in a castle. Vibe was generally stressful because of clientele and upper management.
