Great team dynamic, many servers who have worked there for years (or decades). Functions like a team, which is helpful considering the size of the restaurant and how high volume it can be specifically in the summer. Management was usually good with supportive supervisors on shift but you were often asked to come in on your days off at times. However, I worked there for many years and they always accommodated my changing school schedule.
