We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in creating deliciousmeals in a fast-paced environment. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchenoperations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. This rolerequires a creative individual with a passion for food and a strong ability to manage and inspire ateam.
*Duties*
- Develop and execute innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customerpreferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food preparationand service.
- Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizingwaste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation areas.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment at all times.

- Extensive experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise kitchen staffeffectively.
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management within the food industry.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
