+ At least two years of supervisory or management experience working in the restaurant industry actively planning, coordinating, managing all aspects of the operation.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, guest services, and oral/written communication skills.

+ Ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience.
