As a Customer Service Agent for our call centres, you’ll support our clients with their financing needs including personal loans, lines of credit and mortgages. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your listening and advisory skills.
Your compensation
The salary starts at $23.50/hour. We also offer a program to reimburse tuition fees.
Your job
Our Client Contact centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your work schedule is variable, and you’ll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.

Learning and development
You’ll start with a training program lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone, and you'll be supported by a trainer.
