Being a Senior Manager - Commercial learning means being responsible for a multidisciplinary training team that will support our Commercial business line partners in their business ambitions by developing strategies that will have a direct impact on employee attraction, development, engagement, and achieving our business objectives. This role reports to the Senior Manager - Commercial Banking Sales Effectiveness and will be matrix-managed with the Employee Experience Business Partner.
The Business sector aims to update its training methods both for initial training and continuous training, for all roles within the business line.
The mandate requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and multiple stakeholders to deploy innovative solutions that meet the constantly evolving needs of employees.

You report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Sales Efficiency and will also be matrix-managed with the EE Business Partner. You will have the opportunity to create and lead a team passionate about learning. The team holds a prominent place within the large Commercial Banking family. Well established transversally within the organization, the team and its leader have the opportunity to have a positive impact across all sectors of the company.
