Job Description

Moments Hospitality Collective is a group of independently owned restaurants and hospitality experiences across Vancouver Island. Our brands include Moments Hospitality Collective, Qualicum Beach Café, Nanoose Bay Café, Greenview Taphouse, Deez Bar & Grill, and Water Street Café.

We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to take ownership of the full marketing portfolio across all locations and experiences.

This is not a social media role. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for driving revenue, building brand, and delivering consistent, high-quality marketing across the company.

The Role

You will own and execute all marketing initiatives across the group, including campaigns, content, events, and brand standards. You will work directly with ownership and operations to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals and driving measurable results.

You are expected to move fast, be on-site when needed, and take full accountability for output.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full marketing calendar across all locations
• Plan and launch campaigns tied to key revenue periods (Crab Fest, Dine About, Summer Series, etc.)
• Lead all content creation (photo, video, reels, storytelling) or manage freelancers to deliver it
• Oversee and execute all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Manage and update websites, event listings, and email campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all guest touchpoints
• Work with PR partners and media on features and releases
• Be present for key events and activations to capture and direct content
• Track performance and adjust campaigns based on results
• Support internal teams with marketing assets (menus, posters, in-house materials)

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or multi-location businesses
• Strong content creation skills (photo/video/editing)
• Proven ability to execute campaigns that drive revenue
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and guest behaviour
• Willingness to be on-site, evenings/weekends when required for key events

The Package

• Salary: $55,000 – $70,000
• Performance-based bonus tied to campaign and business results
• Growth opportunity within a multi-location hospitality group
• Medical coverage included after one year of service
• Hybrid Remote Work Available (70% On-site, 30% Remote)

• Restaurants are consistently full during key periods
• Events are well-promoted and sold out
• Content is consistent, engaging, and on-brand across all locations
• Marketing initiatives are executed on time and at a high level
• Clear connection between marketing efforts and revenue growth
