-at least 2 years experience necessary as a bartender/server
-must have current Serving it Right Certificate
-wine and food pairing knowledge essential
-familiarity with TouchBistro seen as an asset
-preparation for service and closing duties expected during each shift
-a unique position of serving and bartending simultaneously
-start at $18.70 plus tips
-be available 3 days minimum
-looking for Friday-Sunday 11:15 am start
-be available to stay late 11pm
-be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
-have a strong attention to detail (be able to memorize menu items and cocktail recipe)
-must be able to upsell menu items
-be friendly, attentive, professional with staff and customers
-have proficient English language skills
-be able to collaborate with various other restaurant departments
