Job Description: Retail Sales Customer Experience Host
Characteristics of a new team member we are looking for:
Demonstrates a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice to customers
A strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design
Able to advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories
Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean
Is available Friday to Monday daytime 10am to 6pm
Ability to move or lift loads up to 50 lbs
Willing to ensure after-sales follow-ups in order to track happiness and gain a customer for years to come
