Position: Second Cook (Part-Time)
The Role at a Glance:
This position plays a key role within our hotels. We are looking for cooks who want to learn and develop their craft whilst gaining experience from our culinary leadership team who have domestic and international experience. You will have the opportunity to participate in various meal periods, cuisines and culinary styles and this is the perfect opportunity for cooks who are ready for the next step.

About The Broadview Hotel:

It is a historic east-end neighbourhood landmark with a wonderfully colourful past. Originally built in 1891, it has now been meticulously restored and reimagined as a 58-room boutique hotel and charismatic gathering spot.
