Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences

• Manage POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and billing accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction
• Handle cashiering duties including basic math calculations for transactions and tips
• Ensure compliance with all food handling, safety regulations, and alcohol serving laws

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and change calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable by local laws)
