Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Lead Events Mixologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for mixology, extensive experience in crafting unique cocktails, and a proven track record of leading successful events. As the Lead Events Mixologist, you will be responsible for designing our event bar decor and executing our cocktail menus, managing a team of mixologists, and ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds our client’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute cocktail menus tailored to each event.
Lead and manage a team of mixologists, providing training and support as needed.
Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of bar operations at events on-site and off-site.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mixologist, with a strong portfolio of creative cocktails.
Prior experience in event catering or a similar environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus.
