Key Responsibilities
· Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
· Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift
· Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
· Handle guest concerns and compliments Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
· Energetic and positive
· Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity
· Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset
Key Requirements
· Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
· Hospitality driven towards guests and team members
