We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Food handling certificate as an asset.
- Smart serve is required.
- Provide professional expert recommendation of wine, cocktails and pairings.
- Ability of multitasking.
- Knowledge on espresso beverages preparation as an asset.
*Experience*
- Previous experience in food service or bartending is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with TOAST POS and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods without supervision.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, along with an understanding of restaurant operations.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others create memorable experiences.
