Job Description

Ficoa is a Latin fine dining restaurant dedicated to delivering a unique culinary experience that blends the richness of Latin American flavors with elevated techniques and exceptional service.
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front and back of house operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Manage, train, and motivate staff
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and cost control
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency
• Supervise purchasing and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Monitor financial performance and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting (fine dining preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Toast POS system is required
• Have a valid driver’s license and be able to assist with purchasing when needed
