Established, award winning restaurant seeks proven candidate to join our team of hospitality professionals.
You will assist in managing an extensive Italian wine program of up to 500 labels along with over-seeing the general responsibilities of the restaurant.
Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a top restaurant environment.
Elevated wine and spirits knowledge is essential, as is a solid appreciation for Italian cuisine.

Ideally, you will also have:
Experience with Silverware POS & OpenTable reservations systems
Experience with inventory controls and software
A solid relationship with wine vendors and LCBO ordering desk
Advanced education or certification in wine studies
Hospitality Degree/Certification
