Job Description

Honeycomb Hospitality is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, while driving efficiency and excellence across our venues. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all Honeycomb Hospitality venues, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and department heads to streamline processes, improve service standards, and enhance guest experiences.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and development to ensure optimal performance and a positive team culture.
- Lead inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures to meet budgetary goals.
- Analyze operational data and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce waste, and improve overall venue performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and venue teams, driving communication and alignment on operational goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong operational background.
- A minimum of two years in a hospitality management role.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
