Job Description

Looking for an Executive Pastry Chef to oversee all aspects of dessert and pastry production.
All of our pastries and desserts including ice cream are made in house.
You will be responsible for creating innovative high quality dessert menus, manage inventory and kitchen operations in your department.
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
You will train and mentor staff in your department and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
You will have a passion for creativity, be detail oriented, and love what you do
You will answer to the Executive Chef and Chef de Cusine
Salary will range dependant on skills
