We are seeking an experienced Bar Lead to elevate service and operations across multiple bars. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a passion for cocktails, team leadership, and creating unforgettable guest experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistent Cocktail Execution: Prepare and serve consistently exceptional cocktails that reflect our standards, even during peak service.
- Leadership & Service Excellence: Set the bar experience by delivering a warm, polished service; lead by example in hospitality, precision, and attention to detail.
- Operational Expertise: Maintain fully stocked, organized bar stations; ensure efficient bar operations, communicating seamlessly with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented atmosphere where open communication and mutual support drive an exceptional guest experience.
- Guest Engagement: Guide guests through our drink and food menus with expert knowledge, making each visit memorable and personalized.
- High-End, Fast-Paced Service: Thrive in a busy, upscale setting, demonstrating poise under pressure and adapting to diverse guest needs.
- Forward-Thinking Approach: Collaborate with Management on menu development, batching, and efficient systems to enhance speed and quality of service.
- Attention to Detail: Manage accurate billing, ensure proper closing procedures, and record guest preferences for meaningful follow-up.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of bartending in upscale dining environments.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities; operationally proactive with a focus on teamwork and guest experience.
- Flexibility: Able to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with extended periods of standing, lifting, and bar service.
