Harbour Sixty is seeking an organized and personable Reservationist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences, ensuring a seamless and personalized reservation process. This is an office-based role, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of guest service and coordinating reservations with precision and professionalism.

Essential Functions:
- Manage and coordinate all restaurant reservations over the phone or email
- Engage with guests over the phone or via email, providing warm, courteous service to accommodate special requests and occasions
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, anniversaries, birthdays, and any specific requirements
- Collaborate with the FOH team, ensuring smooth communication for special bookings, VIPs, and large parties
- Update the reservation system with cancellations, changes, and notes promptly to ensure accurate information for the service team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in a reservations or front desk role in hospitality (high-end restaurant or hotel preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with reservation software (OpenTable)
