Position: Bartender
At Tee Up Golf Lounge, our Bartenders are key to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll be the friendly face that greets customers, learns about their preferences, and serves delicious food and beverages. This role reports directly to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service to guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
Demonstrate expertise in spirits, beer, and wine
Maintain a clean and inviting bar area
Understand guests’ beverage preferences and offer tailored recommendations
Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the bar well-stocked
Create innovative ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions
Familiarize yourself with all key business functions, including simulator operation
Verify guest identification to ensure legal age for alcohol service
Take pride in enhancing each guest's enjoyment and overall experience at Tee Up Golf Lounge
Required Qualifications:
Experience in hospitality or service is encouraged but not required
Upbeat energy and enthusiasm for creating a positive environment
Strong positive attitude and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
Must obtain necessary licensing and certifications for the location
Meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
