We are looking for dedicated Servers to join our team at Vancouver House, where we bring the spirit of Italy to life through outstanding food, wine, and service.
About the Role:
As a Server at Autostrada Vancouver House, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable about food and wine, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm, professional service while ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience.
- Guide guests through our menu and extensive Italian wine selection with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service and uphold Autostrada’s commitment to excellence.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas.
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably with Italian cuisine and wine knowledge.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-player mentality with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain).
