Join our Support Crew across our locations and play a key role in creating a safe, smooth, and memorable guest experience. You’ll support floor operations by managing guest flow, monitoring capacity, clearing glassware/cans, and assisting at the door, working closely with Floor Leads throughout each shift.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that includes time on your feet, working outdoors in varying weather, and supporting busy, loud, high-energy service periods.
This role includes a mix of scheduled shifts and additional hours as needed, depending on weather, volume, and events—flexibility is important. Availability from Mid-May through the full season (late September / early October) is required.
No prior experience is required, though experience in hospitality, events, or security is an asset.
We’re looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments, with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
