Join our Support Crew across our locations and play a key role in creating a safe, smooth, and memorable guest experience. You’ll support the team on the floor by helping manage guest flow, monitoring capacity, and working closely with the Floor Leads to keep operations running smoothly.
This role includes a mix of scheduled shifts and additional hours as needed, depending on weather, volume, and events—flexibility is important. Availability from Mid-May through the full season (late September / early October) is required.
No prior experience is required, though experience in hospitality, events, or security is an asset.
We’re looking for someone reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced environments, with strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Batch is a Vancouver-born hospitality company operating seasonal concession patios in some of the city’s most loved public spaces. We serve food, beverages, and live music in open-air environments designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and deeply connected to the neighbourhoods we operate in.
Batch operates under public-space concession agreements, which means we design, build, and operate hospitality venues within parks and waterfront areas. Our model blends:
