We are now hiring an Assistant General Manager at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
-Create a positive work environment focused on building a team of great people that aspire to create great guest experiences
-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, operations, inventory, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment
-Meeting or exceeding sales targets, expense budgets and attaining profitability in agreement with company policies
-Create a fun, yet professional, environment
-Operate with a high degree of detail
-Take an ownership mentality when running your restaurant
-Creative in your approach towards building sales
-Identify talent and develop their potential
-Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity
What You've Done:
-2-3 years restaurant management experience
