We are opening our second location at 555 Burrard DT Vancouver in the financial district with an extensive plan to grow and open new locations across Canada. The ideal candidate is one who can recruit, train and develop new staff and who is eager to grow as we expand and open new restaurants.

What You’ll Do:
-Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, such as employee scheduling and labour forecasting
-Work closely with the team to achieve quality-driven goals
-Provide leadership for innovation, creativity, and unique approaches to business development opportunities and operations issues
-Hire, train, lead and develop an engaging team- taking initiative to help your team grow within the organization
-Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
-Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity and adhere to the brand standards of Central
-Follow and implement process and procedures
