We are now hiring a Junior Sous Chef at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all inventory of food and equipment is accounted for and secured upon closing of kitchen.
- Always maintain composure and professionalism, ensuring kitchen personnel are supported and prepared for peak hours.
- Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents
- Execute daily meal periods, build relationships with FOH counterparts

What You've Done:
- 1-3 years of kitchen/restaurant experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef, or comparable
