We are now hiring a Sous Chef at our Bentall location in Vancouver, BC. Our growing team has plenty of opportunity for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all inventory of food and equipment is accounted for and secured upon closing of kitchen
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to all cooks within the kitchen assisting with work, training, and development, including overview and updates on policies and procedures
- Create work schedules for all kitchen staff and assign work and duties accordingly
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with front and back of house communicating upcoming functions for whole day, products that are out/short, and daily features
- Always maintain composure and professionalism, ensuring kitchen personnel are supported and prepared for peak hours
- Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents
- Execute daily meal periods, build relationships with FOH counterparts

What You've Done:
- 2-3 years of kitchen/restaurant experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, or comparable
