Di Beppe, a bustling restaurant in the heart of Gastown, is currently seeking a Sous Chef to work in collaboration with our team! This position will be responsible for providing exceptional quality food, maintaining standards of the kitchen, developing new menu items, providing leadership, and elevating service.
You have:
- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- A passion for cooking and hospitality
- A positive attitude and a calm demeanour
- Food Safe Level One required
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset
- First Aid is an asset
