Job Description

The Company

Frankie's Italian Kitchen is a scratch kitchen serving traditional Italian cuisine alongside classic cocktails, craft beer, and an international wine list. Located in Vancouver's entertainment district, we operate a premium casual dining room 7 days a week across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Our adjoining Frankie's Jazz Club hosts live music Wednesday through Sunday evenings - elevated atmosphere, great food, and world-class musicians local and international.

We're a high-volume, guest-first operation. This role is for someone who can move between the floor and the bar without losing a step.

The Role

Part-time and full-time evening positions available. You'll work a hybrid schedule - some shifts on the dining room floor, others behind the bar. Scheduling is based on business need and your strengths. If you're equally comfortable in both positions, this is a good fit.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years experience in a high-volume, premium casual or fine dining environment
• Proven bartending experience including crafting classic and signature cocktails
• Excellent wine knowledge with confident tableside and bar service (WSET an asset but not required)
• Serving It Right required
• Full availability for peak periods (evening and weekends a must)
