From Honey Salt’s warm, neighbourhood-inspired, farm-to-table approach to The Victor’s elevated steak and seafood experience, and D/6’s vibrant, social atmosphere, our menus celebrate locally sourced ingredients, seasonal flavors, and thoughtfully crafted dishes.
At Parq Casino, food is more than nourishment, it’s connection, memory, and experience. As part of the pastry team, you’ll contribute to desserts across all three concepts, creating sweet moments that guests remember long after the last bite!
WHAT WE OFFER
THE ROLE
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you are responsible for leading your station with precision, creativity, and consistency. You’ll execute and contribute to a refined pastry program—from delicate plated desserts to production baking—while upholding the highest culinary standards.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to evolve offerings, maintain quality, and ensure every dessert leaving the kitchen is both visually stunning and technically flawless.
