Job Description

We are a popular and high-energy lounge and nightclub, known for our elevated food menu, signature cocktails, and vibrant atmosphere in the heart of the Granville Entertainment District. We're currently seeking an Experienced Bar Manager to lead our dynamic bar team and ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of bar management experience, including time spent working in fast-paced, high-volume nightlife venues. A deep knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wine is essential, as is a passion for creating an exciting and memorable guest experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys mentoring and developing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and barbacks, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized bar environment.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of all beverages and supplies.
Create and maintain innovative cocktail menus that align with our brand.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol service laws.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Manage the opening and closing procedures for the bar.
Provide leadership and support to the FOH team during peak hours.

The right candidate will have:

3-5 years of experience in bar management or supervisory roles.
A passion for cocktails, spirits, and wine.
Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively manage a busy environment.
A solid understanding of inventory management and budgeting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Requirements:

Serving It Right Certificate is required.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
