Cooks with a passion for food and fun and a strong desire to further their skills in our Pubs and Food truck environment. Teamwork, organization, and ownership are essential qualities for success. Must have a love of the fast-paced environment and understand food handling and cleanliness. In need of full-time staff for all shifts.
*Qualifications*
* 1 year of culinary experience is needed
* Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills
* Ability to take direction and work quickly and efficiently
Responsibilities
* Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
* Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
* Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
* Clean up station and take care of leftover food
* Stock inventory appropriately
* Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
* Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
* Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
* Able to shut down, clean, and reset kitchen during closes
* Able to work well independently and in a group setting
Must be able to work till late and on weekends
