Responsabilities
Prepare and cook food according to recipies and quality standards ,
ensure food is stored and handled properly to maintain freshness and safety.
Followproprt food service procedures and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Collaborate with the kitchenteam to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
Assist in development of new menu items and specials.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a linecookor in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of food ptrparation, techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail, and able to work in a fast pace operation with minimun
supervision
Minimun 5 years of experience in fine dining
Modern Italian cooking in a relaxed atmosphere
