We're seeking a full-time and part-time Line Cooks to join the opening team for an exciting new project! At Mercato di Luigi, we're thrilled to announce the expansion of our brand with a captivating new concept. Our latest location will feature an Italian market, deli, and cafe by day, seamlessly transitioning into a full-service restaurant by night, highlighting Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity, local ingredients, and a curated wine list.
Hourly rate is dependent on experience and shift availability.
You have:
- 1+ years experience working in a similar position
- Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset
- A positive attitude
- A team-oriented outlook
- A desire to learn
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards
- An understanding of First In – First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work environment
