Job Description

Pourhouse is currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine to oversee the culinary program, maintain the standards of the kitchen, develop new menu items, lead the team and elevate service.

Pourhouse is the first restaurant in the Kitchen Table Group family. You have:
- A passion for food, cooking, leadership and mentorship
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Menu development experience is an asset
- A proven track record managing food cost, labour and inventory management - experience with Optimum Control is an asset
- A calm and kind demeanour when interacting with team members
- Food Safe Level 1 required
