Job Description

Pourhouse in Gastown is looking for Line Cooks to join our close-knit team. Our food is designed with inspired and skillful technique, though born of familiar comforts. Hearty and mouth-watering meals with a sense of familiarity are done in a homemade style using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. The cocktails have an old-fashioned soul, in variations both plain and fancy, and are the catalyst for the entire concept.

You have:
- Ability to maintain excellence and consistency in cleanliness
- Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to adhere to company standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work later evenings and weekends
- Evening closing availability required
