Are you a people person with a knack for making others feel welcome? We're on the hunt for a friendly and outgoing hostess to join our amazing team at The Cambie Bar !
As a hostess, you'll be the first face our guests see when they walk through the door, setting the tone for their entire experience.
IMPORTANT:
-MUST be available on Sundays.
-Late nights: 9pm to 3am or 1pm to 9pm
- 2 to 3 shifts a week
Your main responsibilities will include:
-Greeting guests with a warm and friendly smile
-Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Providing accurate wait times and managing the guest flow
-Assisting guests with any inquiries and ensuring their needs are met
-Keeping the lobby area clean and organized
- Collaborating with servers and other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members
What we're looking for:
-A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
-Strong communication and organizational abilities
-Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
