Requirements:
Availability: MUST be available for daytime shifts, all days of the week.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven line cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Breakfast & Lunch: A minimum of 3 years of experience working efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast and lunch service is required.
Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in Canada.
Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Speed & Accuracy: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Best Practices: Knowledge of industry standards, nutrition, sanitation, and safety. Level 1 food safe
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
Prepare food to perfection for service.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Follow the sous chef's instructions and report as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized station, and handle leftovers properly.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food.
Follow sanitation, nutrition, and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team and customers.
