Looking for a new career opportunity? The Ellis is looking for some awesome and hard-working persons to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Back of House Team as Brunch and prep cook.
The Ellis Restaurant is a very busy Gastropub located in the heart of Kitsilano, known for it's scratch kitchen, amazing cocktails and selection of craft beer from local breweries. The team works hard, but values down time and a work-life balance. Compensation is based on experience/skill set ($19-$22/hr) plus a great tip out from the restaurant sales.
Qualification:
1-2+ yrs experience in BOH role or related fields
Passion for food and cooking techniques
Great communication skills and team oriented
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
