About the Role:
As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards, developing staff, and driving overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily restaurant operations (floor, bar, and service)
Lead and motivate the team during service
Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle guest feedback
Assist with staff scheduling and labor control
Monitor service standards and operational procedures
Support inventory management and ordering
Assist with training and onboarding new team members
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety standards
Step in as Manager on Duty when required

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on, service-driven mindset
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion for food, wine, and hospitality
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
