Ventura Room is our hideaway cocktail lounge with a west coast style tapas menu. We are seeking out a new cocktail bartender/ server to join our team. Ideal Candidates Will Have: -2 years in a cocktail focused environment. -3 years restaurant experience. -A keen eye for detail and organization. -skill set necessary to move from bar to table service. -Excellent time management. -Strong understanding of Liquor and Wine in a professional setting. -Team player mentality and great communication skills. -An outgoing and friendly personality.
This role is a short-term contract position aligned with FIFA events in the city, with business needs ranging from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM depending on match schedules. Flexibility within these hours is essential.
