PRADO Cafe is hiring for our cafe at 100 West Hastings Street. Be part of this vibrant and diverse community by leading a dedicated team of baristas serving exceptional coffee.
What you will do:
Lead and inspire a team of baristas
Ensure coffee and service is always at the highest level
Efficiently maintain quality standards
Oversee staff training and development
Manage inventory, ordering and scheduling
Acheive sales targets
Drive new product launches and promotions
What we are looking for:
Passion coffee and customer service
Team player who sees the big picture
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Attention to detail
Availability to work onsite, with flexible schedules, including mornings and evenings, weekends, holidays
